Web App of the Week – Barker College
Web App of the Week is an award for outstanding users of Accessit Library. It’s a place to recognise extremely nice-looking, useful user interfaces and somewhere to turn to for inspiration.
Barker College utilises their Web App by featuring book reviews front and centre. They have also included an Instagram tile that can be directed to IG via a hyperlink.
When asked what he liked most about Accessit Library Jason Saikaly said:
“Two things:
1. It works seamlessly with our LMS (Canvas) and our video database (ClickView).
2. I love the Federated Searching (One Search). We have connected 9 external sites to the OPAC so it has become, in the majority of cases, a one-stop shop for the staff and students.”
