Tell us about your library! What makes it unique?
If you ask students, they usually say our USP is the vibrancy of the lower school library, and the peaceful, university atmosphere of the sixth form library. We are lucky that have the spaces to accommodate these very different needs.
What is a challenge that you faced in your library recently?
The global pandemic!
How did Accessit Library help you solve this challenge?
Accessit has been AMAZING at facilitating the digital nature of our service. They have an excellent help desk, an excellent system, and a great student interface!
How has your attitude changed towards the challenge you solved with Accessit Library, now that you’ve worked through it?
I’m always confident that whatever issue we may have, I can log into the help portal, or call the help desk, and the person I speak to will understand the issue, and have a solution.
What do you like the most about Accessit Library?
The cloud hosting, the Web App, the help desk, portal and the training!
What tips could you give to librarians to help improve their remote learning experience?
Embrace it.
