Remote Help

At Accessit, we put a great deal of emphasis on support.

We prefer the personal approach and have a friendly support team who are available to offer help and answer questions by email, phone, or remote screen sharing sessions.

Our support team is made up of librarians and IT specialists who understand the challenges faced by schools.

Don’t forget, as an Accessit customer you also have full access to our Accessit Customer Help Portal and Accessit Library eLearning Centre (ALeC) where you can watch video tutorials and read help articles. Find the link in your Management App under ‘Help’.

1. Open a ticket

The form is connected to our ticketing system. Please send us your message to automatically create a ticket with us. Our support team will email you with a response to your ticket as soon as possible.
