What does it mean to join the Accessit Library community?
Accessit customers are able to reach our support desk at any point by email or our free phone. Our support team is made up of librarians and IT specialists who really understand the challenges faced by libraries.
Customers also have full access to our Customer Help Portal where they can watch hundreds of video tutorials and read help articles. With free access to our Accessit Library eLearning Centre, new staff members can learn Accessit from scratch and existing staff can keep up with best practice, to ensure they fully understand every feature and tool on offer.
Each free release of Accessit includes a bundle of new features and functions, ensuring you are always up to date. In addition, nothing beats the face-to-face training you receive every year by joining our nation-wide professional development training sessions – a great opportunity to get a sneak preview on upcoming features and network with other Accessit librarians.
