¹ One-off costs for data migration (£100) and setup (£65) apply to all of the above plans. For a primary school with more than one database to transfer, each additional data migration is £100.
² Generally, for ‘Skip’ we would recommend an additional 2-4 hours training, and for ‘Jump’ an additional 4-6 hours to make sure you are making the most of the additional features. Additional training is £40 per hour. Note that all plans come with 2 hours of free training.
³ Additional optional extras include: AD / LDAP – £4/month, SIP2 for eBook and / or RFID integration – £5/month, Extra Accessit storage for e-resources (per 15GB) – £3/month. Our friendly team members will help you understand whether these additions are going to be right for you.
⁴ Note that for schools choosing the auto-borrower syncing option as part of ‘Skip’ or ‘Jump’, if they use Wonde or GroupCall, the external 3rd party fees are included as part of the Accessit Library Add-on fee.
